To achieve targets in acquiring clients, managing accounts and charter flights profitably for the Company.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Proactively identify and secure profitable new executive charter clients primarily through telephone, face to face contact and site visits.
- Account manage clients, in line with company guidelines, to develop and secure their future business, and proactively seek referrals for new clients encompassing all charter flight products.
- To manage all aspects of a flight in line with DWC operating procedures and training.

**Key Tasks**

a. Flight quoting
- Communicate effectively with operators and build personal relationships with key players.
- Negotiate with operators when necessary to procure best value deals for clients.
- Ensure timely offers are made with the detailed and accurate information provided to clients in the company format by using the Salesforce platform.
- Follow up regularly and work towards confirmation and closing of the sale hitting the monthly and yearly targets.

b. Flight booking
- Ensure all contracts, insurance and regulatory matters are accurate, legally compliant and that the company requirements are met.
- Verify operator contract in detail and ensure all terms comply with the customer charter agreement.
- Risk manage the transaction as per the company guidelines.
- Prepare and issue the flight brief with all detailed flight related information.
- Communicate with operators and ground handlers at all times to ensure clients’ requirements are met.

c. Client and Operator relationship management
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions available in the market.
- Maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and operators when working on the new and existing business leads to maximise business opportunities and increase retention and client loyalty.
- Manage all operational aspects of charters from first enquiry to completion of trip.
- Ensure client is always kept informed of any developments.
- Regularly provide feedback to operators and visit when appropriate

d. Invoicing
- Verify supplier invoices.
- Communicate with accounts to issue invoices to client and ensure accuracy.
- Follow payment schedules and ensure payments are made/received in keeping with the company cash flow policies and procedures.

e. Information management
- Ensure all client and operators data is kept up to date and is managed in a discreet manner.
- Keep up to date on Divisions/Departments the latest news, ensure data entry on the availability of the aircraft and operators contact information in the Salesforce platform, get to know the airports restrictions and handlers capabilities and their procedures.
- Update the VIP operators’ list with the most recent information on the operators’ fleet details

f. Other
- Carry out additional hours working where required and provide 24 hour duty roster cover on rotation.
