As a Forex Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and introducing brokers (IBs), and achieving monthly sales targets. You will leverage your industry experience and network to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition and Retention**:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and IBs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and IBs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

**2. Portfolio Management**:

- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients and IBs.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

**3. Target Achievement**:

- Achieve specific monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

**4. Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

**5. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Experience**:

- _Minimum of 3 years of experience in Forex Business Development._

**2. Client Portfolio**:

- _Possess an existing portfolio of clients and/or introducing brokers (IBs)._

**3. Sales Skills**:

- Proven track record of achieving specific monthly sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

**4. Industry Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of the Forex markets.
- Awareness of current industry trends and regulatory environment.

**5. Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

**6. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
