U.S. Base Automotive Dealership for New & Used Vehicles is looking for a skilled “Business Development Agent.”
- MUST have Sales Experience
- MUST Speak English & Arabic Fluently (Preferred American Accent)

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls.
- Log all Customer comments
- Confirm scheduled appointments
- schedule future contact as needed.
- Assist with other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
- Purify and update Customer changes in database.
- Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
- Schedule follow-ups contact if no appointment is made.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Post scheduled appointments on the appointment board in BDC.
- Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
- Follow up with Sales or Service Department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to customer website requests.
- The Customer Service BDC Specialist utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner, and positive attitude to set reservations with our clients.

**Required skills**:

- Must be a fast typer..
- Proactive & Fast learner
- Fluent in English (American Accent) & Arabic.
- Must have proven sales experience or call center manager or similar position.
- Previous experience with phones or Telemarketing experience in the following fields**:automotive, business development, and customer service, highly preferable.**:

- Previous experience with the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
- First-class verbal, written, and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently,.
- Organized, multi-tasked, and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
- Experience in customer service is required Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
- Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
- Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge.
