Our company is looking for an Office In charge to organise and coordinate office administration duties and procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
**Office In charge Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Greeting visitors, delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Adequate knowledge of Inventory management. Coordinate with sales staff.
- Contracts management
- Providing general administrative support to our employees. Must possess good knowledge of HR activities
**Office In charge Requirements**:
- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in office administration and management experience
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and systems, coordinate with IT team on system issues.
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles and Shipping
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
- Manage contracts and price negotiations
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
**Other requirements**:
- Valid driving license
