Office Secretary

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries (of managers) and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- In-charge in Requisition of Office Supplies (stationeries, Cleaning Items, Pantry) & Business Cards or any minor printing needs.
- Handling Admin Petty Cash as an when required.
- Booking Hotel & Air Tickets for Employees and guests
- Coordinating and follow-ups with departments with Adhoc Requirements
- Arranging meetings, interviews or any other appointments via teams, zoom or telephonic. Ensure to give gentle reminders to attendees
- Preparing attendance sheets / traking employee leaves
- Prepare JCP format CVs, profile briefings, cover letters
- Responsible to supervise and assign task to office boy/assistant.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
