**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills: As an Admin, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, so you must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively and stay organized.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation: You will be responsible for communicating with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. You must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Google Suite: You must be comfortable using various software tools to manage and analyze data, create reports, and manage schedules.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility: As an Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. You must have a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required: While a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, it is not required. Relevant work experience can also be considered.

Job Duties:

- Onboarding apartments/villas and ensuring they are ready for occupancy by guests
- Managing reservations and ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant experience
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Updating sheets and databases to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Performing other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as an admin or in a similar role, preferably in the vacation home rental industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required

**Salary**: The salary for this position is 3000 AED.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
