As a Business Development Manager in our engineering and contracting company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our business within the MEP and Civil Construction sectors, with a focus on turnkey projects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the development and execution of strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends within the MEP and Civil Construction industries.
- Analyze market data to assess opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Business Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in existing markets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define short-term and long-term business goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and establish rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their future requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and market share.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development within the engineering and contracting industry, particularly in MEP and Civil Construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and turnkey project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
