Sales & Operations Executive - Holiday Homes

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Operations Executives. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of products or services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the **Holiday Homes sector.**:
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality businesses, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies, and use this information to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including hotel amenities, linens, furniture, and other supplies, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
**Preferred**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
- Valid UAE driving license
