**Overview**:
EasyGo Holiday Homes was established by a team of European hoteliers and Real Estate Consultants with the goal of providing modern, luxury holiday rentals at affordable prices to holiday makers around the world. We offer our guests a wide range of holiday home rentals in different locations and styles. Our properties are handpicked to provide the highest quality accommodation. Through our many years of experience in the tourism industry, we have developed an in-depth understanding of the needs and preferences of our guests and carefully select those properties that will appeal to them. We are passionate about what we do and the level of service we provide to our guests is our top priority. Today, EasyGo manages an extensive portfolio of holiday rental homes and properties in Dubai.

**Job description**:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract new investors and homeowners to our property management and holiday home services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and direct outreach.
- Prepare and present persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients that showcase the benefits of partnering with EasyGo.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create materials that support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand the services and ensure they align with client needs and expectations.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and other events to generate leads and promote the company's services.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads, client communication, and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining quality service.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role sector
- Basic understanding of the property management industry and current market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the real estate market.

**Experience**:
