- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven office administrator to oversee the operations of the Aluminum and Glass works. reporting directly to the Managing Partner, he will take full responsibility for managing the production process from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and project delivery within established timelines. This role requires a leader with a solid technical background, deep experience in European systems (such as Alumil and Technal), and local systems (like Gulf Extrusions). He will be responsible for the procurement, fabrication, and installation processes for multiple ongoing projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of aluminium and glass products while adhering to specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and project updates.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to maintain financial efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process, ensuring quality materials are sourced while negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
- Support senior project managers in strategic planning and resource allocation for upcoming aluminium and glass projects.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- UAE: 6 years (required)
