Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Executive Aluminium Fabrication Industry.** Applicant must have good organizational skills, able to follow directions of the target market & achieve goals. Applicant must have 05-07 years (UAE) of sheet metal fabrication material experience. Must work well with others with a team attitude. Responsible for the Business Development aspect for the organization, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.
**Market and Product Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Aluminium and glass sectors.
- Stay informed about new product developments, technological advancements, and industry regulations.
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, trade shows, and online platforms.
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Create detailed sales plans and forecasts, including territory management.
**Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with clients to secure sales.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
**Customer Service and Support**:
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service.
**Sales Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
**Market Intelligence and Feedback**:
- Gather feedback from clients and market insights to contribute to productdevelopment and improvement.
- Share valuable market intelligence with management to help shape business strategies.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Handle documentation related to contracts, sales orders, and client agreements.
- **Professional Development**:
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and sales techniques.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience in the aluminium and glass industry or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
