Job Title: Admissions Executive
Reports to: Sales & Enrolment Business Partner
Department: Sales, Enrolment & Customer Management
Function: Sales and Enrolments

Job Purpose

The Admissions Executive supports the delivery and achievement of cluster level sales and enrolment targets.

The Admissions Executive acts as the first point of contact for all leads in their dedicated cluster of schools, nurturing calls through to conversion. The role holder is accountable for improving conversion rates for their allocated cluster of schools.

Key Accountabilities

Lead qualification and lead management - Focus Schools:

- Manage high volume outbound calls to all leads for focus schools within 48 hours.
- Responsible for accurate data entry in Salesforce around lead management and registration.
- Drive the lead qualification process to increase conversion to school tour and registration.
- Oversee top of the sales funnel for focus schools to optimise conversions.
- Maintain household accounts within Salesforce to ensure 360 view of customers in assigned cluster.
- Work in partnership with the Sales & Enrolment Business Partner (who will liaise with Marketing counterpart) to identify lead generation needs for assigned cluster.

Achievement of lead qualification and follow up time targets in line with set KPI’s.

Cross sell and waitlist management:

- Responsible for cross selling to an appropriate cluster/school if there is no suitable seat availability
- Maintenance of waitlist for focus schools, ensuring customers are appropriately engaged
- Support the redevelopment and enhancement of cross sell work stream of the Salesforce upgrade.

Achievement of cross sell % targets in line with set KPI’s.

Sales Targets:

- Support cluster and school level sales and enrolments plans to leverage quality and quantity of leads to achieve enrolment targets.
- Participate in enrolment events (internal or external), which may be outside of normal office hours (evenings or weekends).

Achievement of Enrolment conversion targets in line with set KPI’s

Reporting & Data Analytics:

- Reporting of lead conversion and cross sell at school and cluster level.
- Owns the lead data for the assigned cluster. Responsible for completeness and accuracy of required key data points, and for the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the data quality.

Achievement of data quality improvement targets in line with set KPI’s.

Communications & Working Relationships

Internal: Staff of GEMS MENASA and group throughout the network (FOH, Education VPs, Principal/CEO).
External: Prospective customers/parents

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Expected Qualifications:
High School certificate / Degree preferred.

Expected Experience:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in a customer facing and sales role.
- School Admission and local Dubai experience preferred. Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

- Good communication skills
- An emotionally intelligent and capable person
- Strong customer service skills, and excellent with dealing customers
- Ability to influence a customer’s decision
- High energy level, comfortable performing under pressure, and able to multitask
- Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along and work with diverse personalities; tactful, mature.
- Results and people oriented, with judgment to balance other business considerations. Service oriented, but assertive/persuasive.
