We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-oriented leader with managerial experience to fill the role of Barber Shop Manager for our two (2) barber shop locations. As a Barber Shop Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the barber shops and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- **Role Purpose**:_
- Manage the daily operations of the barber shops, including staff management, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Manage customer bookings and day-to-day operations of the barber shops.
- Maximize profitability by maintaining a strong customer base, monitoring budgets, and driving sales.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere in the shop.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the barber shops.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service, generate sales, and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize staff schedules and handle payroll management.
