Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum AutoCAD Draftsman to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop creative and functional interior layouts for a variety of commercial spaces, including retail shops, warehouses, staff accommodations, and residential properties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical drawings (2D & 3D) using AutoCAD software, including measuring existing properties to ensure dimensional accuracy for detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings for tendering purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical requirements and project deadlines.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project requirements, budget constraints, and design preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of interior elements.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor work progress, and provide on-site support as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, to facilitate effective communication and project management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to interior design and architectural drafting.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals to showcase our portfolio and capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer or a similar role, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
