- Gather information from customers regarding vehicle issues and accurately input details into the system.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, balancing customer needs with the workshop’s capacity.
- Communicate customer concerns to the technical team and ensure work is carried out in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate service estimates to customers based on the diagnosis and technician recommendations.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including unexpected repairs, delays, and final delivery time.
- Explain repair procedures and outcomes to customers in a way they can understand, ensuring they are comfortable with the services provided.
- Prepare final invoices and ensure accurate billing for services performed. Process customer payments as needed.
- Ensure all customer interactions, repairs, and service details are documented correctly in the system.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a Garage or an automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- Ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 3 years (required)
