**Affiliate and Partnership Manager**

The affiliate and Partnership manager will be responsible for managing the affiliate and partnership channels to drive traffic and incremental revenue. The role encompasses managing aggregator relationships, partnership operations, partnership campaigns, onboarding, and negotiating the best partnership terms for all the brands in the portfolio and across markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Aligning and executing the affiliate and aggregator channel strategy to drive traffic and revenue.
- Responsible for seasonal planning and partner outreach to drive the budgeted targets.
- Managing existing relationships with key affiliates as well as scouting for new opportunities and partnerships in respective markets.
- Identifying innovative opportunities to grow the internal channels, aligning internal stakeholders, and executing them effectively.
- Continually review and suggest tactical changes based on current performance and impact on campaign goals/ KPIs.
- Maintain the store opening roadmap and manage the onboarding of new stores on the affiliate channels proactively.
- Responsible for aligning with the team on the collective commercial plan and taking ownership of P&L related to the affiliate channel.

**Qualifications**
- Masters in Business management.
- Minimum six years of relevant experience in similar roles with major aggregators.
- Experience in Key account management and proven success in previous roles.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
- Well-established contacts with partner networks and the ability to drive successful deals to fruition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse internal and external team.
