Encourage new Business Principal Relationships and secure collaborative business partnerships.
- Establish rapport with existing customers, understanding their principals and ensuring maximization of the turnover from their products and services.
- Build and maintain contact with key client personnel.
- Network and effectively develop a sales team with qualified and experienced sales professionals throughout the various business units within the group.
- Ensure all communication with clients are in accordance with company’s standards and correct in content & format
- Follow up with the client along with the execution of a project
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
- Effective delivery and execution of our value proposition
- Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects (owner's representatives, architects, interior designers etc.)
- Understand prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop tailored proposals
- Support Business Development Manager in developing & implementing new marketing strategies
- Work with and expand current prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target
- Develop database and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- With contractors and builders: 2 years (required)
- interior fit out & Joinery business development executive: 2 years (required)
