**Responsibilities**:
- Office upkeep
- Greeting & looking after visitors
- Assisting the Manager with daily working tasks
- Setting up internal meetings
- Ordering office equipment
- Setting up client meetings & conference calls
- General admin work
**Requirements**:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple languages is BENEFIT
- Minimum 1-2 years experience at a similar position
- Organized & excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail when multitasking
- Good telephone manner
- Customer service experience preferable
- Friendly and well-spoken
- Representative look
**We Provide**:

- Salary: AED 6,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month
