**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
**Job Summary**:
As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing various administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a positive experience for clients, guests, and employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
**Visitor Assistance**:
- Escort visitors to appropriate meeting rooms or personnel.
- Inform Company Managing Partner for visitors coming to the office.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and in hard copy.
- Input data into computer systems and update databases as required.
**Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
- Relay messages and information accurately and in a timely manner.
**Office Coordination**:
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as requested.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff members.
**General Office Support**:
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Working Conditions**:
- This position typically works in a standard office environment.
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
