**Job Summary**:
The Marketing cum Operations Executive plays a dual role with the ability to Multitask in the organization, combining responsibilities in marketing and Operation tasks. This position requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage marketing activities while also handling various Operations functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee management.
- Responsible For Executing And Implementing All Aspects Of The Marketing Department’s Operational And Internal Support Functions. Responsible For Support The Day-To-Day Execution And Implementation Of All Marketing Campaigns, Calendars, And Reporting, While Ensuring That All Marketing Activities Are In Line With Our Company’s Mission And Standards.
- Support And Implement All Aspects Of Marketing Operations And Cross Functions, But Is Not Limited To Duties Like, Vendor Sourcing & Vetting, Translating, Negotiating, Researching, And Executing The Marketing Plans And Campaigns, Etc.
- Execute And Implement The Marketing Operational Policies, Systems And Procedures That Will Ensure The Successful Delivering Of The Marketing Plan.
- Continuously Screening The Market Environment, Business Activities And Campaign Performances
- Monitor, Track And Report On Key Performance Indicators By Consolidating And Analyzing The Data, Assess Trends And Recommend Actions To Optimize Performance.
- Consolidating Data In Order To Compile Reports And Prepare Presentations That Will Allow For The Interpretation Of Information.
- Source Reputable Partners, While Managing and nurturing relationships with vendors, service providers and other external stakeholders
- Coordinate all event-related communication and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Support implementing event plans and concepts.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event timelines and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Provide on-site event management and oversee all aspects of event execution. including event build-up, and tear down
- Create post-event reports and provide analysis and recommendations for future Events

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and Operation roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
