The Enterprise Architecture Manager is responsible for establishing and running of the Enterprise Architecture practice within AWR Group. This role works with enterprise leaders, product managers, and product/project delivery teams through the selection and implementation of transformative initiatives aligning with business strategy and desired outcomes.

The enterprise architect’s scope of activities includes helping the organization achieve targeted business outcomes related to growing revenue, optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and improving sustainability. They focus on the development of the business and IT strategy and enterprise architecture of the organization as a whole. The Enterprise architecture manager will develop an enterprise architecture program (EAP) to get a full view of your business technology, analyze where processes can be integrated or eliminated in the organization, and help to improve the efficiency and reliability of business information.
- Manage the creation of the enterprise architecture function/program.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technology, and across the entire IT landscape
- Analyze the current information technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement.
- Promote Enterprise Architecture (EA) - its process, outcome, and ongoing results to the organization including IT and business leaders.
- Establish and ensure smooth operations of Enterprise Architecture board(s)
- Help standardize business processes across the AWR Group of companies.
- Design AWR Group organizational structure with defined roles & activities.
- Provide a web-based HTML Business Processes view.
- Provide high-quality BP documentation for Business users.
- Design streamlined business processes aligned with business strategies.
- Design business process goals with effective KPI’s measurements.
- Align business processes with risk management.
- Provide high-quality Business Process documentation for Internal Audit review & recommendations.
- Experience with SQL, data sourcing, enterprise data management, modeling, business strategy, auditing, and compliance.
- Skills and expertise include cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development, and enterprise solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or business management is required
- MBA is a plus
- TOGAF and/or equivalent professional certification in Enterprise Architecture is required. Professional membership of AEA is desirable.

**Experience**:

- Experience in one or more relevant business domains - Automotive, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Trading, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining EA tools such as Mega Hopex, Software AG, Orbus, Lean IX, etc.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)

- Team player - the ability to work in teams and cooperate closely with inter-functional representatives.

- Good experience with process analysis, modeling, and documentation.
- Excellent conduct in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude - always on the look for solving problems and helping others.
