Overview:
The Human Capital Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and driving Human Capital (HC) projects to successful completion. This role requires a professional with advanced Excel skills, strong budgeting and manpower planning expertise, and the ability to craft compelling presentations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Human Capital Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of human capital projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Identify risks and issues and devise mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present status updates and reports to stakeholders.

**Budgeting and Planning**:

- Assist in the budgeting and financial planning processes for the HC department, providing key inputs and analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment of HC initiatives with company-wide financial objectives.

**Manpower Planning**:

- Assist in forecasting and planning personnel needs to align with strategic objectives.
- Work with HC and Finance teams to ensure the cost-effectiveness of manpower plans.
- Help develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.

**Data Analysis and Presentation**:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data, create sophisticated financial models, and support decision-making.
- Develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate HC strategies, project updates, and data insights to a range of audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or project management certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a Human Capital/HR context.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and budgeting practices.
- Expert Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
