Overview:
Seeking a diligent, highly organized, result-oriented Human Capital Senior Specialist to transactional and HC support services for the Human Capital department including review of HR policies and procedures, managing employee records for payroll processing and building productive relationships with government entities for processing employment visas in compliance with relevant regulations and labor laws.

To play a primary role in supporting the Human Capital department in its day-to-day HR and payroll operations for the large employee base of one of the UAE’s largest and fastest growing high-tech organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
You will support the Director - Human Capital Services in designing, developing and managing the implementation of strategic and operational plans related to transactional and HC support services.
- Functional:_
- Develop and oversee the maintenance of HC support services guidelines and frameworks ensuring continuous process enhancements for the delivery of optimal HC Support Services.
- Provide guidance on operational and administrative activities related to employees’ discipline, attendance, performance, engagement, and grievances.
- Lead HC operational activities including government relations, immigration, relocation, onboarding, background verification, HC systems, personnel records and employee help desk.
- Oversee the administration of employee requests including but not limited to employment verification and experience letters.
- Oversee the management and delivery of transactional and HC services across G42 and its Business Units in collaboration with HC Business Partners.
- Engage with departments across HC to convert strategy, policy, tools and processes into service operations.
- Continuously evaluate HC services, procedures and technology solutions and provide recommendations to enhance HC data management and services.
- Lead the development and periodic review of the HC policies and procedures across G42, whilst ensuring alignment to relevant regulations and labor laws.

Pension Management
- Manage and administer employee pension plans, including enrollment, contributions, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE labor laws and regulations related to pensions, including the General Pension
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee pension contributions and benefits.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of pension accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on pension-related matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any pension-related issues.
- Stay abreast of any changes in UAE pension laws and regulations.
- Assist with the implementation of new pension plans or modifications to existing plans.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pension management processes.

**Skills and attributes for success**

Your performance will be measured on the percentage variation from allocated budgets, cost savings achieved in HR processes, compliance with policies, procedures & quality standards, frequency of employee data refresh & audits, and, of course, impact on employee NPS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading an employee services team, preferably at a fast growing technology company
