Job Title: Office Administrator/Administrative Staff (Female Applicants Encouraged)

**Responsibilities**:
General Office Support with Accounting Experience
- Welcome visitors and assist them with their inquiries.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Administrative Assistance
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Accurately enter data into our systems.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Communication and Coordination
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external parties.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and refreshments.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and events.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Positive and professional attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Utilize fast typing skills to accurately input and manage data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using various types of keyboards.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
