**1. JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1.1 Education: Post-high school level education. Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Administration, Business or Public Relations.
- 1.2 Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience in the same position. Hospital experience is an advantage.

- 1.3.11 Market knowledge
- 1.3.12 Communication and negotiation skills
- 1.3.13 Ability to build rapport.
- 1.3.14 Time management and planning skills.

**1.4 Equipment Operated: Microsoft, Excel and PPP skills. Familiar with all office equipment and computers.**
- 1.5 License: UAE drivers license and own vehicle is an advantage.
- 1.6 Language: Read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in
- English (essential) and Arabic (advantageous).

**1.7 Job Conditions: Ability to work effectively with others in a multidisciplinary and multi-national setting.**
- 1.7.1 Physical Effort: Low
- 1.7.2 Mental Effort: High

**1.8 Personal Requirements: Participates actively in organization’s activities without personal reservations. Willing to take on new challenges and grow with the organization.**

**1.9 Travel: Locally.**

**2. Business Developer Role**:

- 1. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the clientorganization.
- 2. Research and build relationships with new clients.
- 3. Arrange and participate in internal and external Client-related meetings and debriefings.
- 4. Work with team to develop proposals that address present and future client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- 5. Participates in the Quality Programs in all collaboration with Quality Department in which he/she must be active participants of Company committees in a position designated or elected by committee members.
- 6. Responsible for completing tasks given by the line manager as, and when required.
- 7. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- 8. Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing and improving services.
- 9. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling service delivery differentiators.
- 10.Develop, implement, and manage our marketing through social media strategy.
- 11.Referring clients to the company as per part of his/her development plan.
- 12.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development in Hospital Environment: 2 years (required)
