Accountant Office Administrator

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, bill payments, and collections. Ensure timely payments and followup on overdue accounts.
- Oversee payroll processing activities, including calculating wages, managing deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts.
- File VAT returns
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized and uptodate filing systems, both electronic and physical. File documents and records according to established procedures for easy retrieval.
Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with building management and vendors. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment for employees.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Ensure documents are formatted correctly and adhere to company standards.
