We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administration professional to join our growing real estate team at MORYA LUXURY LIVING. If you're ready to support a dynamic industry and help streamline operations, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize real estate listings, client files, and contracts.
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and clients.
Assist with document preparation, including leases, sales agreements, and disclosures.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and property information.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office organization.
Process payments, track expenses, and assist with invoicing.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in administration, preferably in real estate or a similar field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of real estate software or CRM systems is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
AGE BETWEEN 30 TO 40 YEARS.
