**Sustainability Sales Lead**:

You will be working as Sustainability Sales Lead, will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to lead the digital sustainability portfolio strategy and roadmap at industry/vertical level across its entire value chain, ensure differentiated industry portfolio leading to profitable growth and relentless execution and support business-led collaboration in alignment with the division and business area strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining and implementing digital sustainability strategy and roadmap, executing prioritized product and solution roadmap, in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the complete product lifecycle, acting as the change agent for the industry portfolio and helping to equip the traditional teams with needed digital proficiency.
- Understanding the industry specific digital trends and opportunities, developing industry/vertical specific digital plan and acting as the major point of contact between the industry/vertical teams, relating the digital sustainability portfolio to customer business outcomes by ensuring strong value proposition
- Bringing the global mindset and holistic view of global markets and segments defining and offering the appropriate digital portfolio with the focus on globalization and localization needs and export trade compliances, etc., demonstrating solid industry domain knowledge relating the value of digitalization and ABB's sustainability digital portfolio.
- Displaying deeper knowledge of solution consulting approach and solution selling and strong under-standing on customer’s buying behaviors related to digital needs and driving appropriate business models, accelerating the adoption of digital sustainability portfolio offering with strong industry specific contextualization, globally.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of making winning proposals through experience on digital software solutions and services and executing projects, supporting in the sales and business development activities through their digital pre-sales and solution expertise, nurturing industry specific partnership eco-system for stronger Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Building strong customer references and success stories to grow and scale up the digital business, ensuring high degree of cybersecurity standards and governance in the digital projects, ensuring compliance with ABB’s integrity, data privacy, GDPR and safety standards and the core values of ABB in the assigned area.
- Acting as the face of ABB’s digital business for the respective industry portfolio area(s) to create strong customer value proposition and acting as the major point of contact between customers / market and the global digital and R&D organization.
- Providing expert guidance to help teams delivering the appropriate digital portfolio solutions ensuring successful digital projects, balancing the digital needs through latest technology, business innovation and creative thinking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the industry and customer stakeholders to ensure high degree of process governance and role accountability, building and transforming the teams to perform on digital value chain through strong organization leadership and people development skills, owning and driving the capability planning of the industry/vertical specific digital talent development and retainment.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/process Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of proven relevant experience
- Having good understanding of the chemical and O&G process and ability to do large deals with customers in the O&G & Chemical industry.
- Understand the O&G and chemical verticals, having solid APC (Advanced process Control) and real time Optimization (RTO) solutions a must.
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
