**Job description**

We are looking for, highly competitive and real estate savvy colleagues to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Leverage on own network to source new clients.
- Understand client’s property requirements,
- Conduct site viewings as required.
- Prepare necessary initial documentation (contracts, leases, deeds)
- Develop and nurture your own network
- Stay up to date with real estate laws and trends.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
- competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Skills**
- Deal closers with established clients and database.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic Other languages are an added value.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Based in Abu Dhabi.
- Able to work extended hours and in shifts as required.
- Able to work with word, excel, outlook etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
- Strong Business Acumen
- Social Selling Knowledge
- Valid UAE Driving license and vehicle.

**Experience**:

- 1 year experience in real estate or 5 years’ experience in a luxury sales setting.

**Education**:

- Minimum High School Diploma.
