Tele Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our range of blinds and curtains.
- Understand customer needs and provide product information, features, and benefits to effectively sell our products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate key selling points.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the blinds and curtains industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
