Within the development of its international activities, E.ON´s subsidiary intends to set up in the United Arab Emirates in order to integrate the carbon market via the deployment of its exchange platform and the implementation of an efficient strategy for its expansion. E.ON´s subsidiary aims to deliver high integrity carbon credits at a price and volume that hard-to-abate sector with inherent large emissions volume can leverage as one of the decarbonization lever for their net-zero journeys.
As part of the launch of this company, Morgan Philips Executive Search is the exclusive partner of E.ON SE in driving all stages of the process related to the setup of the organization in the United Arab Emirates.
Morgan Philips Executive Search, the Headhunting Company, is assisting E.ON with the recruitment of a Global Marketing Lead. The Global Marketing Lead oversees establishing and implementing the marketing and communication strategies while ensuring the growth of E.ON. She/He will manage the public relations for the company and will be responsible for graphic design as well.
We are looking for an experienced Global Marketing Lead to take advantage of a unique opportunity within environmental markets. She/He will be tasked with developing, executing, and leading a global marketing strategy that supports the commercial growth and communication goals of E.ON´s new subsidiary.
You will be a real partner for the business development Team to support organic growth and improve client relationship management and retention.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Developing a comprehensive marketing plan that utilizes consumer and business data, as well as creating a global communications strategy.
Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of the above-mentioned strategy.
Obtaining endorsement from senior management and stakeholders for your ideas.
Implement techniques that encompass the entire marketing mix and KPIs that support the marketing strategy and overall commercial operation, once the marketing plan is created.
Creating marketing strategies and collateral for traditional and digital advertising platforms.
Coordinating the execution of marketing initiatives with the organization's internal and external stakeholders as well as providing the sales team with the necessary expert insights.
Conducting market research on a local, regional, and national level to identify pricing plans, market trends, demographic information, customer buying patterns, and rival product offerings.
Key Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, PR, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
+5 years of experience in a similar position.
Creative with a good knowledge of the carbon market.
Strong organizational planning skills and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, global, and multicultural team environment.
Extensive experience in brand management and multi-channel campaign planning across media.
Experience in managing and executing communications and PR strategies
Data-driven with strong analytical background. Able to run A/B tests to test hypotheses, improve conversions and scale channels.
Self-driven, energetic and proactive. Transversality and a highly "hands-on" attitude are essential.
Strong writing skills, creativity and ability to convert ideas into marketing acts.
English native speaker.
