**Job Title: Operations Manager - Event Transportation/Limousine Services**

Job Summary: As the Operations Manager for our Limousine Company/Event Transportation division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of transportation services for events and individual clients. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage a team of drivers, and coordinate with various stakeholders to guarantee exceptional service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Oversight**:
Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to service standards.

Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and other resources to meet client requirements.

Monitor and optimize route planning to minimize delays and enhance overall service quality.

**Team Management**:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer service standards.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the operations team.

**Client Relations**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their transportation needs and ensuring those needs are met.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

**Fleet Management**:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the limousine fleet.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition.

Implement strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce downtime.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Conduct regular safety training sessions for drivers.

**Financial Management**:
Monitor and manage operational expenses to meet budgetary goals.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Contribute to the development of pricing strategies.

**Technology Integration**:
Implement and leverage technology solutions for fleet tracking, route optimization, and customer communication.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the limousine or event transportation industry.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and other relevant technologies.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
