Sales & Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Agent with expertise in hotel management, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Royal Premiere's portfolio by securing healthcare contracts with hotels. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential hotels and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts that align with the company's healthcare services. Leveraging your hotel management knowledge and business development skills, you will establish strong partnerships with hotels, enabling Royal Premiere to provide healthcare services to their guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential hotels that could benefit from integrating healthcare services into their offerings.
- Initiate contact with hotel management and key decision-makers to introduce Royal Premiere's healthcare services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of hotels' healthcare needs and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements.
- Develop and negotiate contractual agreements with hotels to incorporate Royal Premiere's healthcare services seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth integration of healthcare services within hotels.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, fostering long-term collaborations and repeat contracts.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to position Royal Premiere as a preferred healthcare partner for hotels.
- Represent Royal Premiere at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's healthcare services to hotel stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports to management, detailing business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Proven expertise in hotel management, preferably with experience in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated track record in business development, contract negotiations, and partnership building.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, hotel operations, and guest services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with hotel management and key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and tailor proposals to meet specific hotel needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on achieving business expansion targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential hotel partners.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
