**Meeting Coordination Officer**:
**_Job Description:_**:

- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and video calls, ensuring all necessary resources, materials, and attendees are in place._
- Task Prioritization: Help the executives prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, assisting in time management and ensuring deadlines are met._
- Data and Document Management: Organize and maintain sensitive and confidential information, documents, reports, and presentations._

**_ Job Requirements:_**:

- _Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, showcasing strong planning and organizing abilities._
- _Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with executives, colleagues, clients, and partners._
- _Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and tasks._
- _Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, calendar management software, and collaboration platforms._
