Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

**As a Cash Operations Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.
- Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period
- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month - 2 years time horizon
- Working with Portfolio & functional leaders to set cash collection strategies across the region & implement best practices/lessons learned to minimize past dues.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Cash flow or Commercial Operations or Project Management.
- Have a strong experience in rotating equipment.
- Have fluency in French & English.

- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
