Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain responsibility for sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
- Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals
- Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams
- Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business
- Yearly Target 1,200,000 AED

Job Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred:

- Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Experience in construction and wood works and interior designs

Required:

- 1 to 2+ years of sales experience in construction industry and knowledge of construction and/or interior design and wood works material

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
