**Digital Advertising New Client Sales Manager - Position Profile**

**GCG Media** (an innovative media tech startup company) is a phenomenon where our team starts a day with a beach volleyball match, followed by a To-Do meeting over team breakfast, joinings back together at work, and closes a day with $xxxxxx sales. - ** Currently** working in the **UAE**:

- Current track record of new client sales and business development in UAE Marketspace (at least 2 years of expertise).
- **Bilingual or Trilingual in (French, English & Arabic)**

To hit our new client goals we want to add a** Business Development (BD)/Sales Manager **to join our team in a full-time role based in Dubai. This role requires a go-getter, who has at least two years of experience in a sales role and is looking to hop on and contribute to a fast-growing company. - Full commission with monthly advance (depending on experience) along with team performance bonuses.

**Your Professional Experience**:

- You have 2-3 years of experience working as a Sales Manager or a similar role with a track record of closing large advertising spends or digital marketing projects with clients
- Experienced in new business development activities working in a digital marketing agencies
- Having experienced work with an extensive list of advertisers in the UAE/ GCC/MENA region
- A history of adding new clients and building revenues
- You understand the content of media buying to clearly communicate to close sales
- Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory. (Fluency in Arabic is a bonus)
- Willingness to develop a sales department and eagerness for growth
- Your understanding & expertise of e-commerce and media buying is dynamic - constantly growing.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies for sales initiative - globally, across targeted sectors, and multiple approaches (direct sales, partnerships, and referrals)
- Create new client databases and pipelines to increase the top line of the agency
- Creating presentations with solutions to pitch to new clients
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Pursue and obtain strategic partnerships, build lead generation abilities, and bring in leads for closing by the sales team
- Achieve Monthly sales targets as set up by the management
- Update the leads/prospects in the CRM (Hubspot)
- Work closely with the Marketing team and the Leadership team to create a sustainable growth path in terms of the revenue
- Lead by example in building lead pipelines, organizing outreach via events and direct marketing, and closing in sales calls with new clients
