**Office Administrator/Coordinator**

As an Office Administrator/Coordinator at Jet Aviation, you will support the administrative operations of our Aircraft Management/Aircraft Maintenance and FBO business in Dubai. This shall include the department’s day-to-day functions performing various organizational, administrational and HR-related tasks as well as supporting our customers and flight crew.

Description/Tasks:

- Various administrative tasks supporting the Administration Manager, Receptionist, HR Director and local PRO
- Residence visa process for crew members based in UAE in coordination with DAFZA
- Resolving various queries of customers, crew members and the parent company in Switzerland

Qualification/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Commercial education/background
- Fluency in English, oral and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused, service and result oriented
- Self-starter, highly motivated
- Reliable and trustworthy

**Desired characteristics**
- Professional background in an international company, preferably aviation
- Experience in dealing with governmental authorities
