Hot Chef de Partie

We are currently seeking an experienced hot section, with a deep understanding and skills in Levantine and Lebanese cuisine, for immediate hire.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Handle kitchen restocking, ensuring continuous delivery of products that meet our stringent quality standards.
Understand and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
Control food cost and usage by adhering to proper requisition of products from storage areas, following standard recipes, and waste control procedures. This includes checking and maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is kept clean and is in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by adhering to the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
**Requirements and Skills**:
Proven work experience as a Chef in a lebanese\levant restaurant or hotel
Proficiency in branding and presentation of dishes.
Advanced knowledge of culinary, hot dishes in Lebanese cuisine.
ability team leadership skills.
Able to start immediately.
