**Business Development Executive (Crypto Sales)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the cryptocurrency industry to generate leads and expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the crypto market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and use insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the company's products, services, and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry, and incorporate insights into sales strategies and business plans.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, tracking progress against sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- 1-2 years BDE experience in Dubai is a must.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, and digital assets, with knowledge of key players, trends, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets in a competitive and rapidly evolving market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans and strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company in various forums and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
