As a Learning and Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among our staff. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various training and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees across all departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training plans and strategies aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Identify training needs through regular assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as customer service, hospitality etiquette, safety protocols, and job-specific skills.
- Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to customize training programs tailored to their team's specific needs and challenges.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and resources, including e-learning platforms, workshops, on-the-job training, and external training vendors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and observation, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee development progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees seeking career development opportunities, providing guidance and support in their professional growth journey.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 per month
