HR Personal Assistant

The Main **Responsibilities** of the job
1. Responsible for dealing with personal and corporate responsibilities most especially providing complete and efficient administrative support.
2. Act as a point of contact between the Divisional Directors, the internal stakeholders, and the HR Director.
3. Plan for business calendar based on set targets and activities to ensure proper settings for travel, meetings & conferences.
4. Fully accountable for the preparation of weekly & monthly HR Analytics reports;
5. Preparing expenses planning & cost sheets tracking; raising materials requisition as well as being a petty-cash custodian for the office expenses.
6. Handle the clerical and logístical duties associated with HR-driven employee activities.
7. Fully responsible for all personal events, travels, and holiday planning, organizing, and coordination.
8. Arranges appointments for personal and professional purposes whenever needed.
9. Fully responsible Director’s financial account, bill payments, phone & other assets; and for all family-related records & reservations as well as insurance claim.
10. Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
11. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
12. Reminding the HR & Admin Director of important tasks and deadlines.
13. Act with discretion and trustworthiness as you will often be party of confidential information and must maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
14. Manage requests for documentation. Set up, copy, scan and store documents & create templates
15. Prepare ad-hoc reports when required by HR Admin Director
16. Prepare reports for each project and ensure that the schedule and budget are maintained by tracking invoices and coordinating with other team members.
17. Ensure proper feedback, follow up and update on the tasks assigned by the HR Admin Director.
- Perform any task or work assigned to you by the direct Manager.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
