**Location**: Dubai, Business Bay

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and distribution of kitchen spare parts.
- Serve as primary contact for after-sales inquiries, providing technical support and issue resolution.
- Process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain records of after-sales transactions and generate reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in kitchen spare parts, preferably in a contracting company.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
