**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to meet customer demand.
- **Customer Service**:

- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that all team members deliver excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, seeking solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Support in recruiting, training, and supervising outlet staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to create and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and marketing campaigns.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure product quality and presentation meet the established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling and POS system accuracy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other department heads to achieve overall organizational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
