**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customs Clearance Management**:

- Oversee the processing of customs documentation for import and export activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs declarations, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with Dubai Customs regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in local and international customs laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Conduct audits to ensure internal and external customs compliance.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding teams to ensure seamless customs clearance and movement of goods.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to customs clearance, including discrepancies, disputes, and delays.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external clients on customs-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between Dubai Customs and other government agencies or stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze customs data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on customs operations, performance metrics, and compliance status.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and review purposes.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess and mitigate risks associated with customs operations, including potential non-compliance and financial risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize delays and costs related to customs processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in customs operations, import/export in UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Trade & Calogi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
