Uaen Office Administrator

This role handles a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office, serves as the first point of contact for clients and customers, and ensures effective communication within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office tools.
- Maintain office records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in preparing internal and external communications, memos, and other relevant documents.
- Manage and update company databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Input and manage data in various systems and databases.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, assisting with various projects and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Can join immediately
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience in handling office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure smooth office operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
