**About the role**
We are looking for a professional and energetic Front-Desk Receptionist and Office Manager in our Dubai office. As the first face for our customers and guests, it is your goal to leave a great impression of the company and ensure a smooth and highly enjoyable visit for our guests and working environment for our team. You will be excellent in the role if you have previous experience in a similar position, positive mindset, and strong communication and organisational skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Greeting our guests warmly and professionally, guiding them to the relevant meetings smoothly
- Ensure our office is enjoyable and presentable at all times and well-stocked for the needs of the team and guests
- Prepare for meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are set up including video conferencing, drinks and food when needed
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and other corporate functions
- Make sure the executive team has coffee, drinks and anything else needed
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for the executive team
- Perform other clerical tasks such as receiving packages, mail, filing, copying etc
- Present a positive and professional image for the company
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure the office space is compliant with all regulatory requirements
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a front-desk receptionist and/or office manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent English. Any other language a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
