**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder (Attested by MOFA is preferred).
- Experienced in the construction industry and **ADNOC **projects in similar roles.
- Obtained **ADNOC **approvals.
- Proven track record of achieving results and meeting goals consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Technical skills or certifications relevant to the role.
