**The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in business development with a deep understanding of Business to Government Sales in large projects. Extensive KSA experience needed.**

**The role involves**:

- Key Account new engagements: Engage with new key accounts in UAE and KSA, by opening new doors, new channels, and new partnerships.
- Target Account Identification: Identify and prioritize lucrative opportunities within key sectors such as government, public entities, large commercial developments, and residential communities.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Lead the development of compelling proposals showcasing the economic and environmental benefits of your automated waste collection systems. Secure contracts through effective negotiation and win-win solutions.
- Market Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for KSA and UAE, aligning with regional sustainability goals and waste management policies.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, including government officials, project managers, facility managers, and environmental consultants.
- Industry Expertise: Remain updated on the latest waste management trends, regulations, and technology advancements within KSA and UAE.
- Team Management: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team across both

countries. Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Experience, skills & Qualifications needed**:

- Experience dealing with complex machinery sales to Government or very large Organizations across GCC essential
- 6 + Years of Sales Management experience in Fleet or large machinery sales
- Completed Degree in Business or similar field
- Results orientated with the ability to thrive in matrix environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED40,000.00 per month
