We handle any kind of import, export or cross trade for container-, groupage and LCL-shipments, such as; project cargo, reefer cargo, metals, food & beverage, out of gauge and IMO-cargo.

**The Role**:
The Business development Manager will be an all-rounder in the company. He/she will be mainly responsible for the sales and new business development / and all other administration if needed. The Business development Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with the inside sales team and account managers. A young dynamic person with minimum sales experience in the freight forwarder industry of 5 years in the UAE market is preferred. Minimum preferred education level is Bachelor degree.

**Tasks**:

- Sales activities, Business development, maintain and expand existing business
- Generating leads, follow up leads
- Visit customers and negotiate contracts and orders
- Procurement
- Aiming to achieve monthly targets
- Forming and leading a sales team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Senior sales position or sales manager position.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE
- Western minded approach of doing business
- Allrounder in sales and need to be able to work in an SME company.
- Sales hunter mentality
- Age preferred 28-40 years old
- Experience with the big global forwarders preferred, Schenker, DHL, K&N, Damco, or liner experience and after freight forwarding experience.
